Refund policy
At Loyalty First Clothing, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, custom designs, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Pack and ship your item(s) securely.
